EDGE TRIMMER

After Board go into Edge banding machine, Edge could be not smooth and be sharp. This tool is used to cut and trimmer PVC, ABS Edge. Make edge better quality. We have supplying 2 kind of Edge trimmer form Japan and Spain. Both is easy to use and have Carbon Steel Blades which can use in long time. There are some different bettwen them:

Japanese Edge trimmer can cut and trim Edge in Certain Thickness. For examples, it can only use in exact thickness like 0.8mm, 1mm, 1,2mm. It mean that if you have some kinds of board which have different thickness, we can not use only one trimmer and have use a lot. Japanese Edge trimmer can cut and trim edge in one time. It mean that we can save time.

Spain Ege trimmer can cut and trim edge in range of thickness. 1 Edge trimmer can use with Variaty of Board thickness from 0.4 to 2mm. so, we can cut and trim different kinds of Edge with only one kind of edge trimmer. It save time and money. When compare with Japanese Edge Trimmer, It have a disadvantage is that I can not cut and trim at that same time. We need to cut first and trim after that. Will take more time to do.
